A TED talk by Sir Ken Robinson that inspired me to devote my time to creating career awareness as 'one size' does not fit all!  My belief, everyone has something to offer.  The difficulty is how do we create that realisation in a student to connect with the career development process to start answering the question of 'who am I?'  For instance, in 1983 Dr. Howard Gardner, professor of education at Harvard University. developed the theory of multiple intelligence basically saying individuals are 'smart' in different ways.
