There is game called Who am I? Sometimes we play it in the car while on those long driving trips, where a person would pick one particular book, movie, sport, music or an associated character and lock it in their brain for people to ask closed questions (ie the person being asked the questions would respond 'Yes' or 'No'). Sometimes you would guess it and other times you would say 'I give up!'
The career development parallel is no different in concept though instead of a point in time in the confines of a car, it is an mindset to asking life long learning questions of yourself. I do not mean 'would I like to be a builder?' and you respond 'No'. By asking questions, I mean challenging yourself to try new activities and gain new experiences. By doing this, 'who am I?' will be answered.
